overall responsibilities:
  • Worked on a variety of project typologies ranging from core and shell buildings, interior design, and master planning throughout all stages of the project 
  • Create presentation packages throughout conceptual and schematic design utilizing precedent imagery boards, renderings for building form and interior analysis, detailed building materials and finishes, furniture selection, and systems review
  • Develop and coordinate various contract documentation including plans/sections/elevations, technical construction details, project manual specifications, and furniture design presentation and specifications
  • Translate building and interior schematic design into BIM modeling softwares for the production of construction documentation that ensures adherence with our company’s QAQC quality standards 
  • Coordinate and facilitate the design, drawings, and integration of various consultants through all phases of a project including Civil, Structural, Landscape, Lighting, and MEP Engineering
  • Assist in the creation of various master planning studies ranging from building feasibility studies, infrastructure planning, streetscape design, and overall mapping area development for new communities.
  • Research due diligence for various project typologies and provide local building code and zoning analysis
  • Attend various Design Presentations and Owner, Architect, Contractor meetings during construction. Composed meeting agendas and minutes. Maintained communication with owners, consultants, contractors through phone, email, and Newforma and Procore.
  • Assist in the creation of entitlement documentation including illustrative renderings, plans, elevations, and materials selection to aid in the project’s approval with local planning commissions.
